The Challenge

MedLab Supply was hitting the limits of Magento. Maintenance overhead and operational costs were becoming a bottleneck on growth, and a replatform was inevitable. The bigger risk wasn’t the storefront migration itself — it was the marketing stack underneath it. Without a careful plan, customer data, attribution, SEO equity, and lifecycle automation all break the moment you flip the switch.

Our Approach

We migrated MedLab from Magento to Shopify Plus while protecting their SEO rankings and revenue throughout the cutover. Then we built a proprietary Shopify x HubSpot integration that captures checkout intent in real time — including pre-purchase abandoned carts — and feeds it directly into HubSpot for behavioral segmentation and automated recovery.

With nearly 200 years of community banking history, Berkshire Bank recognized the growing demand for digital-first solutions. Launching Berkshire One — a modern suite of digital banking products — meant appealing to tech-savvy consumers while preserving the trust built over generations. They needed to stand out in a crowded market, drive account openings quickly, and do it all within a tight timeline.

Our Approach

Seapoint Digital refined and executed a multi-platform marketing strategy to maximize reach and drive conversions. We shifted Google Ads budget from broad display to high-intent search campaigns, developing ad groups around branded keywords, competitor targeting, and benefit-driven messaging. We launched Facebook lead-in ads highlighting Berkshire One’s standout features — competitive rates, cell phone insurance, and streaming reimbursements — which directly boosted account sign-ups. Retargeting campaigns re-engaged high-potential users who didn’t convert initially, using custom match lists, advanced tracking, and negative lists to keep ad spend efficient.
